Ethical Recruitment Agency is setup under the auspices of EBCF which was established back in 1992 with track record of getting 10,000’s of people into learning and work through local and national government initiatives.
We are proud of the journey we have taken so far, back in 1992 we setup the JET shop (Jobs, Enterprise & Training) one-stop community resource centre in one of the most economically deprived areas in UK, to now having city-wide presence with three large venues with vast network of partners and outreach. Blessed with highly qualified and experienced staff we see over 900 new customers each month who are supported with careers, training and work.

Following on from our successful work in helping thousands of people to get their lives back on track “we dare to be different” by offering a free recruitment service tailored to the needs of local employers by offering job ready applicants local community fulfil employment needs.
For too long there has been a “quick fix” solution in trying to get people into vacancies and we intend to change that with the emphasis on not only getting someone a job but keeping them in that role.

Our facilities are second to none and all available to the employers and job seekers alike. We can offer interview room facilities at no cost to employers and access to professional careers guidance and accredited qualifications to all job seekers.
