ELEVATE STORE MANAGER

To purchase clothing and apparel from manufacturers, wholesale stores or from individual contractors.

To be responsible for receiving merchandise for the store; pricing and displaying products in an appealing and fashionable manner

Salary: £21,000 – £24,500 + Bonus Scheme

CAREERS ADVISOR
· Interview people one-to-one or in small groups to discuss career or education options.
· Identify skills gaps and how to deal with them
· Help clients to draw up action plans for employment, education and training to support them achieve these goals.
· To support in conjunction with the existing team, relevant systems to facilitate an effective service delivery of face-to-face IAG, activities and workshops.
CONTRACT PERIOD: Annually Renewable and subject to funding

HAIR STYLIST
We are looking for creative candidates with an eye for design for the position of Hair Stylist. Hair Stylist duties include consulting clients on hair styling options, describing the benefits of different hair care products, persuading clients to buy their retail products and staying updated on the latest hair trends and styling methods.
Additionally, Hair Stylists need to be expert “people persons” to attract and retain long term customers. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills.
Salary: £9-£11 per hour

ELEVATE BEAUTY STUDIO MANAGER

Oversee daily salon operations · Hire and train beauticians, as needed.

Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.

Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock.

Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.

Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.

Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000

BEAUTICIAN
Salary: £9-£11 per hour
Working Hours: Full Time

Applying makeup, performing facials, and recommending skin care therapies.

Performing manicures and pedicures, nail art, and colour recommendations.

Performing permanent and temporary hair removal treatments, such as electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing.

Suggesting guidelines on personal skin care regimes.

Cross-selling beauty therapies and products.
NAIL TECHNICIAN

Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.

Applying artificial nails.

Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.

Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
Salary: £9-£11 per hour
